Team Survey
We’ll get buy-in from your team from day one. Using our proven 5-minute survey, we’ll identify the biggest challenges your team face.
Business Audit
Together, we’ll audit all of your operations, using your team survey, your business data and explorative questions to identify every bottleneck.
We'll also map out your sales and fulfilment processes, so you can have clarity on everything that does on in your business.
Strategic Implementation Plan
You'll then receive a detailed implementation plan, including a refined client journey map, recommendations for tech stack, SOPs and automations and a blueprint of your Notion workspace.
At the end of this short process, you'll have a comprehensive plan that not only identifies areas for improvement, but sets a clear, actionable path forward.
Step 2: Software & Automation
Next, we'll take the Implementation Plan we designed together and build this exact structure inside Notion—saving you hundreds of person-hours and months of work.
Support Writing Critical SOPs
After identifying which SOPs you actually need in step 1, we'll help you delegate the writing process to those doing the process day-in, day-out. We'll support them with our signature SOP writing course.
Fully configured Notion workspace
Secondly, we'll turn your Implementation Plan into a Notion workspace tailored to your needs, setting you up with an easy-to-use system that skyrockets daily productivity and performance.
If there are any additional assets that need to be made, for example client forms, google folder or Slack channels, we'll build them at this stage as well.
Bespoke no-code automations
We'll connect your Notion workspace to your entire tech stack and automate any manual processes that can be automated.

You've got questions
How much does this cost?
Due to the custom nature of this service we are unable to offer a standard price. However, we can share that our minimum starting price is $3,000 for the full 60 days, which is typically payed in 2 instalments.
How much time will I need to commit?
After years of system implementation, we have found that a hybrid of done-for-you and done-with-you is the best approach. This is because sometimes you will need to see exactly how the system has been made, in order to further improve it in the future.
Because of this, you will need to commit 1 hour per week whilst we work together. This will include joining calls, completing training, providing feedback and in some cases building parts of the system.
What happens after the first 60 days?
Following the first 60 days you will have 1 additional month of ongoing support. This includes 9-5 weekday message support. After this support period we have a number of retainer packages that include ongoing support and/or additional builds.
